American rapper Playboi Carti is set to headline Thailand’s 2024 Rolling Loud, joining a star-studded lineup featuring Asap Rocky, Wiz Khalifa, Ski Mask the Slump God, and Tyla.
The highly anticipated hip-hop festival is set to take place at Legend Siam Pattaya, from November 22 to 24.
As one of Gen Z’s most influential rappers, Playboi Carti burst onto the scene with his debut mixtape, highlighted by hits such as “Magnolia,” which reached No. 29, and “Wokeuplikethis,” which charted at No. 79 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Since then, he has collaborated with a number of renowned artists including Kid Cudi, Ye, and Travis Scott.
Last year, Legend Siam became a vibrant epicenter for hip-hop, complete with three stages vibrating with music, an extensive selection of local cuisine, a comfortably air-conditioned tattoo parlor, and luxurious VIP areas.
The festival’s Thailand debut last year featured electrifying performances from numerous global artists including Cardi B, Travis Scott, and Fat Joe.
Rolling Loud, founded by Matt Zingler and Tariq Cherif in Miami, Florida in 2015, has evolved into a prominent international hip-hop festival.
