Sunday Brunch at Meliá Koh Samui Has Foodies Excited

Residents of Koh Samui have a perfect weekend activity to look forward to: enjoying a Sunday brunch, courtesy of Meliá Koh Samui.

The resort’s famous first-class cuisine and warm Spanish hospitality took over the brunch affair’s menu, bringing locals a wide variety of indulgent options.

Those who love seafood can try some at the “Raw Bar.”

It offers Koh Samui blue swimmer crab, poached local shrimps, imported French oysters, Turkish stuffed mussels with lemon and rice, steamed white shell clams, and more.

The menu’s alternatives are divided into a series of stations, including Soup, Highlights, Live, Carving, Japanese, Charcoal Grill, and Artisan Pasta.

They serve some dishes like salmorejo with serrano ham and boiled egg, crispy fish tacos with marinated cabbage and pico de gallo, grass-fed Australian beef, and seafood paella.

There is also the Wellbeing by Melia section, which offers healthy delicacies, such as poached egg, smashed avocado, and home-cured salmon.

Besides, diners can complement the extensive brunch menu with a wide selection of cold charcuterie, sliders and bao buns, cheeses, and desserts.
