In collaboration with the culinary investor Itan (Kittdech Vimolratana), Migrationology Youtuber Mark Wiens and Gaggan Anand have formed an unlikely alliance to produce a new street food project in Bangkok.
According to a post dropped on Instagram, the pair will take over some street food locations to offer a range of Indian-style burgers on September 30, with 500 available for B300 each and all profits going to the owners of the street food stalls. Make sure you follow Gaggan on Instagram for details of the exact locations.
The project comes in the wake of two of the city’s most anticipated openings from both contributors. Gaggan will be following up with a new restaurant after closing there famous location and Mark Wiens has his debut restaurant Phed Mark scheduled to open it’s doors soon.
